1. Order Acceptance Policy
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. mzansi2you reserves the right,
without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior
to the acceptance of any order.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order). You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading all terms and conditions. However, you can cancel an
order if there is strong, valid reasons for the cancellation, but please note that a 10% surcharge will be charged for every cancellation of an order.
3. Return Policy
All products, once sold are non-returnable.
All products must be reported within 24 hours upon acceptance of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange of products through email within 7 days of reporting.
All products have to be returned to mzansi2you in their original packaging.
All returned products must be accompanied with the order statement and receipts with the date of purchase.
Product pictures provided on this site are provided to help recognise products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly on the pack
you receive. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the
information was inputted onto the system, the information appearing on this website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order.
mzansi2you shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.
Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call mzansi2you hotline at 016 6630592 by the next working day.
Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:
mzansi2you shall either replace or refund the Customer the value of that product for the following conditions:
-Product has been delivered in a damaged condition
-Product is out of date
-Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery
-Wrong Product is delivered
If any Product which was not included in the Customer’s order is delivered to the Customer, mzansi2you shall collect the Product from the Customer.
If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, mzansi2you shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the
If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, mzansi2you shall refund to the Customer the difference.
All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment on which the original purchase was made within 5 working days.
All replacements of Products shall be excecuted in the shortest time possible.
All On Sale/ promotion items are not Exchangeable and Refundable
4. Delivery and Receiving of Orders
An order received will be delivered based on thr location’s shipping duration (for details please refer to Shipping). If an order is delivered and not received, a
2nd attempt will be made to deliver the order again. If the order is not received on the 2nd attempt, the products ordered will be returned to our outlets for
pick-up arragement by the recipient/buyer.
There is no Delivery on saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. Delivery Slots are subject to availability.
For order to be delivered on Monday, Please place the order by Saturday. The above cut-off timings apply.
On receiving the order, the person who received the goods is to sign on the invoice and also to put down his/her name and Passport number. If the person who
receives the goods is not the credit card or Debit card holder or registered shopper, preferably we would like to be shown a photocopy of the I/C or passport
of the credit card holder so as to protect his/her interests.
5. Limitation on Liability
In no event shall mzansi2you be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever,
even if mzansi2you has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out
of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site.
These limitations shall apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

A registration form will appear. Fill in the details carefully and click on the Register button.
If any information is not given correctly, a error message will be displayed. Correct the error and click the Register button again.
When successful, an e.mail will be sent to you. And you may start your shopping by Logging into your account.
How To Save Items To My Personal Shopping List?
You can add items into your Personal Shopping Cart by clicking the Update Shopping Cart button.
To view your Shopping list, just click on the Shopping Cart.
How Do I Place My Order?
All orders will have to be placed on our website.
If you like to make any changes to your online order, please contact our office during office hours.

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Website. We may refuse to
process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of
our withdrawing any Product from the Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Website;
refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
